  • We’ll also cover return shipping costs for defective items.

Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Canceling an Order: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase by contacting customer service.
  • Incorrect Address: Contact us within 6 hours to correct any errors. While we aim to help, expedited processing may limit address changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows a package was delivered but not received, we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Contact us if you need guidance.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

  • Return shipping costs (non-defective items) are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
