Legal information

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 22 September 2026 · Applies to interiorglows.com and all Interior Glows services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Interior Glows website and the interior design, space planning, decoration and set-up services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About these terms

These terms apply together with the written proposal or agreement issued for your project. If there is any conflict between these terms and your project agreement, the project agreement will take priority for that project.

2. Use of the website

You may browse our website for personal and business information purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or copy and republish our content without permission.

3. Consultations and proposals

Initial enquiries are free. Design consultations and services are provided on the basis of a written proposal describing the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and design fee. Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

4. Engagement and payment

A project begins once you accept the proposal and pay any initial deposit stated in it. Design fees are typically invoiced in stages linked to project milestones. Invoices are payable within the period shown on each invoice. Furniture, materials and contractor costs are quoted separately and may require advance payment before orders are placed.

5. Client responsibilities

To help us deliver your project, you agree to provide accurate information about the property, safe access for surveys and site visits, timely decisions and approvals, and any permissions required from building management, landlords or authorities.

6. Design changes

Reasonable revisions are included as described in your proposal. Additional revisions, changes to an approved design or changes to the agreed scope may be charged as additional work. We will always explain the cost and time impact before proceeding.

7. Third-party suppliers and contractors

Where we recommend or coordinate suppliers and contractors, they remain responsible for the quality of their products and workmanship, warranties and delivery commitments. We will help you resolve issues and pursue remedies with them, but we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

8. Intellectual property

All drawings, concepts, specifications, mood boards and other design materials remain the intellectual property of Interior Glows. Once fees are paid in full, you receive a licence to use them for the specific project and property they were created for. They may not be reused for other projects without our written consent.

9. Photography and portfolio

With your permission, we may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. We will not publish personal information or identify the property location without your agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the design fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date, and costs of any items already ordered, remain payable. Please also see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Interior Glows is registered. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and we will always try to reach a fair solution before any formal process.
